- In the FAQ section - tap the Notepad Icon on the top right-hand corner of your screen if you’re using an iOS device. If you’re using an Android device - tap on the Message Icon on the lower-right hand corner of your screen.
- Tap “Start A Conversation”
- From here, you can message the Sunland Park Slots Help Desk. When making a report, be sure to be specific about the issue. Include a screenshot if possible (click on the paperclip to either upload a filed image or to take a picture).
- Also please include your User ID, device type (i.e. iPhone 7, Samsung S9) and version of the app installed.
